Details: Rally ready players starting new teams and starting to learn positions and roles as part of their team strategy. Medium Pace Matches. A place for BB waitlist teams to get organized matches.
Restriction: No “A” Players and above.
Rally Ready players. Players who can consistently pass, set, and hit at a recreational pace or in a controlled training environment. BB level builds on top of basic skills, integrating 6’s or 4’s team play, and may be training in specific positions and roles on the court.
At this level: Players can sustain (but are also improving on) multiple contacts in each rally, with more challenges in receiving and defending faster paced attacks.
Development: Responsive movements to team play, strengthening of all fundamentals + blocking and digging, roles and responsibilities during rallies.
Dates: Sept 14, 21, 28; Oct 5, 19, 26; Nov 2, 9, 16 (9 Sessions)
Location: Byrne Creek Community School, Burnaby
Format: 12 Teams Round Robin Matches, No Tournament, No Playoffs
Regular Season Time: Oolong – 1:00pm to 3:00pm (2 hours)
Capacity: 12 Teams Per Flavour, 6 Players Per Team

IMPORTANT: Any Oolong Teams that are waitlisted will be offered to play in Mango Flavour.
Note: This division is a standalone division and there is no rebalance to other divisions.
Membership: No membership is being offered at this time to new players in Mango.

This is an experimental division, no returning team priority registration is being offered at this time.
