League Supervisors (LS) & Game Directors (GD) are part of the League Operations Team and report to the Director of Operations. Their primary role is to oversee weekly operations for one Boba League site and provide leadership and support for a community flavour (division) throughout the 10 week season.
Each LS & GD pair will host a flavour of six teams. The Game Director is appointed by the League Supervisor from within their team.
League Supervisors oversee site set-up or tear-down and facilitate the opening announcements each week.
Game Directors collect game scores, help enforce league rules, and serve as the on-site first aider.
Together, they ensure smooth game nights while building relationships with the five captains in their flavour and promoting a culture that reflects the mission, vision, and values of FTLO Volleyball.
We’re looking for leaders who are organized, people-focused, and passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming environment.
