SPRING COMMUNITY BBQ!
Hey, howdy Boba goers,
We hope everyone’s having an amazing season of volleyball fun! With the end of this season approaching, it’s time to celebrate the amazing community that’s come together.
Join us at our end-of-season BBQ! Food and drinks will be provided for $5 per person, plus we’ll set up volleyball nets for some afternoon fun. Just bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair!
Date: Saturday, June 22, 2024
Time: 12-4 pm (Lunch served until 2 pm)
Where: Renfrew Community Park (2929 E 22nd Ave, Vancouver, BC V5M 2Y3)
Parking: Free street parking
Cost: $5 per person for food & drinks
Payment: By cash to your team captain by June 16th

No! The food will be for people who pay but the vibes are for all.
Feel free to drop by anyway! You can pay for the lunch at the location if food is still available. (Those who pre-paid will get food first.)
We’ll set up volleyball nets for everyone to play!
Unfortunately, this is a league-only event as we can’t accommodate everyone.
Yes! There are public washrooms at the community centre next to the park.
Bring a picnic blanket and be ready to have fun!
We have a backup plan in case of rain which we’ll send out that week if the weather looks bad.
Unfortunately, the $5 payment is not refundable, but it will go towards a local charity!
No of course not! We’ll just miss you!
